Steps for Ordering Window Art

Step 1
Measure Your Window Panels

Measure all of the store-front glass window and door panels. Measure the height and the width.

Measure from the outside and only measure the glass, omitting the rubber weather stripping and the metal framing. Round up to the nearest ยผ inch.

Measure the height of the door kick-plate. (the metal portion that is below the door glass)

Measure the metal framing at the bottom of the windows. (The height of the framing that starts at the ground and goes up to the window glass.)

If you have brick or stucco that falls below the windows, measure the height.

Step 2
Take a Photo of the Outside of your Center

Pay the Deposit by going to this link Window Art Deposit

The deposit is later applied toward the printing of your graphics.

Step 4
Complete your preferences by going to this link - Preference Form

The preference form shows the many design options you can choose from. This form will need to be completed so that we know your preferences when creating a mock-up.

The preference form has a place to upload your measurements and photo. Please use this designated place to upload rather than emailing so that we can keep all of your order together in one place.

Timeline Expectations

  1. Mock-up created and reviewed with Home Office Compliancy (10-18 days)
  2. Mock-up and Cost-estimate e-mailed to you to review with your FBC or SUS (1-2 days after Home Office Compliancy Review)
  3. Print (2-5 days after your approval). Credit Card Charged after your approval.
  4. Shipping (Allow 3-6 days)

Pricing & Billing

  • Design and Set up - $75 - $125

  • Cut Vinyl Lettering - Math Advantage, Phone, Web, Large or Small Changing Lives ICON, Logo, A+, Center Hours: $15 - $55 each

  • Printing with Lamination - Photos and Math Problems: $11.25 per Square Foot with free lamination

  • We will Charge the same credit card that you pay your deposit with. This will be an automatic charge once the graphics are printed and ready to ship. If you want us to use a different card let us know when you approve the mockup. The deposit you pay will apply toward the total cost of your graphics.

After you receive your mock-up and review it with your FBC, we are happy to edit your design at no charge for simple edits such as changing or moving a photo, teaser or math advantage or adding a new panel such as the A+ logo or a door panel. Additional charges may be added for special requests.

Graphic Specifications

The graphics are printed on a solid adhesive vinyl that adheres to the outside of the window.do all we can to meet your deadlines.
