A NOTE ABOUT YOUR FILES

The quality of your print is important so keep in mind that what you submit should be a High-resolution file. If you are creating that file, you will need to create the image at the actual size that you want it printed and then save it at that same size. (FOR EXAMPLE: if you want a poster, then create the image with the borders being 24x36 inches rather than something smaller that needs to be blown up)

The Text in your image should be outlined and all Links should be embedded. If the text is not outlined or the links embedded, your image can shift and your images can change and we will not be aware of that happening.

If you are unsure what the quality of your image will look like, we suggest that you save it as a pdf file. Once the pdf is viewed on your computer, view it at 100 percent to see what the quality will look like.

We will review your files and if we feel the quality is not good, will contact you - however, this is a subjective process and although ACCOLADE will review and do our best to provide a high quality print, we cannot guarantee the quality of a submitted file.
